Did you try the following as I previously suggested? xxcopy z:\data\ k:\backup\data\ /CLONE/FF/NX0/PZ0/ON:xxcopy.log If you have tried this and are still being prompted, there's something strange with your setup that is causing a problem. It might be the media, the directory names or some other unusual case. I suggest you try to get to the bottom of it rather than use /YY which might end up deleting data you don't want to delete.
