I've never heard of a zip utility being able to preserve both LFNs and SFNs when files are restored. On the assumption that the original source files are still available, you could use /NL or /NS to fix up the LFN or SFN (depending on which you save in the zip) after the files have been extracted. If you are anticipating that the source files won't be available, I think you best bet might be DOSLFNBK as referred to by Chuck Falconer in http://groups.yahoo.com/group/xxcopy/message/4845 It maintains a list of the LFN/SFN pair in a file and can repair the names from the list.
