Xxcopy is a file copying program, not a disk cloning program. Which OS are you using? If it's w98/ME, see http://www.xxcopy.com/xxcopy10.htm In particular, closely follow the steps regarding setting up the MBR and making the partition active. If it's NT/W2k/XP, Xxcopy doesn't currently support producing a bootable clone. Garry
