This sort of message usually indicates a file in use but I wouldn't expect that to be the case here. The destination path\filename is getting pretty long but I think you're within the limit and I think you'd receive a different error in that case. Try adding /oE3 to the switches. This should give some more detail on why the copy failed. I note from the summary that 785 files were examined in the favorites directory and subdirectories yet there was only 11 files being copied. This seems to indicate that you have cloned this directory before but the problem is restricted to just those 11 files. Garry
