Hi All,

I am new to xxcopy and have a simple question for an experienced user.

When I use xxcopy d:\windows c:\windows under WinXP it preserves the 
folder modified timestamp. However, under WinME or Win98SE, the 
folder modified timestamp is set to the current system clock value!

Is this expected?
