I am using xxcopy to backup selected directories on my hard drive to 
a CD. All the xxcopy statements without " in them work. The ones 
with them don't work. Nothing was copied to the CD. Here is an 
example of one. 

xxcopy "c:\My Documents\" "d:\My Documents\" /clone /yy

d is the correct drive letter. Other statements before this one 
w/o " in them copy correctly to the d drive.

What is wrong with my statement above?
