Thanks a bunch, Garry. I'll do it in a command prompt window. It will be a few days before I can get back to that computer. And thanks, also for the advice about running the xxcopy batch files in a command prompt window to keep them open until the error shows up to give an idea of what's happening. I should have thought of that.
