Thanks Garry. Your #5862 URL reference confirms for myself and others that
there had been some comments regarding the attribute bit two months ago
although Pat's more recent emails seemed to be referring to a more serious
problem where, even taking into account the discrepancy in the attribute
bits, he has been unable to access / unhide / view the files that he
referred to.

I think that you're saying the same sort of thing as Jim, that regardless of
the fact that this is categorized as a beta-status product, the intention is
that any material known problems, and even potential problems, are being
identified through this email forum to the Beta user group as the issues
arise.
