------_=_NextPart_001_01C3EC12.D2FCC23A Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable I'm trying to run a backup from my work PC to my home PC using the latest freeware xxcopy. The command looks like this... =20 xxcopy "\\aspnes-dsk\E\mine\*.*" "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\mine\" /ks /h /e /r /q /y /bi =20 I've also tried /bu, /bn, and /bi but every time, all of my files are copied rather then just the ones that have changed (even if I try it 2-3 times in a row). If I use xcopy instead of xxcopy, only the new ones are copied. I'm placing the command above in a .bat file and double clicking the .bat file when I run it. I only want to copy the new and updated files, not all of them. What am I doing wrong?=20=20 =20 Brian =20 =20 ------_=_NextPart_001_01C3EC12.D2FCC23A Content-Type: text/html; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable I’m trying to run a backup from m= y work PC to my home PC using the latest freeware xxcopy.  The command l= ooks like this…   xxcopy "\\aspnes-dsk\E\mine\*.*&qu= ot; "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\mine\" /ks /h /e /r= /q /y /bi   I’ve also tried /bu, /bn, and /bi= but every time, all of my files are copied rather then just the ones that have changed (even if I try it 2-3 times in a row).  If I use xcopy instead= of xxcopy, only the new ones are copied.  I’m placing the command a= bove in a .bat file and double clicking the .bat file when I run it.  I onl= y want to copy the new and updated files, not all of them.  What am I do= ing wrong?    Brian     ------_=_NextPart_001_01C3EC12.D2FCC23A--
