I posted a question here this morning regarding inheritance.. ?

Apologies if this duplicates it.

I'm running a copy of one 2000 server to another server running 2003.

I use xxcopy source dest /CLONE /SC etc etc

The inheritance does not seem to copy with the permissions ( which 
copy fine )

Also are there any implications for ownership of the files?
