This is an easy one to asnwer.

Just add the /FF switch because your problem is likely caused
by the mismatch in the timestamp granularity between the
source volume and the destination. My guess is that the

src =3D NTFS
dst =3D FAT32

It's extremely difficult to tell where you put
spaces in your XXCOPY command line. Besides,
your message is shown with extremely small font that
I can hardly read (you don't know what my screen resolution
is, yet, your message chooses a font size on my screen
which I can't easily change).
