Just add the /FF switch because your problem is likely caused by the mismatch in the timestamp granularity between the source volume and the destination. My guess is that the src =3D NTFS dst =3D FAT32 Kan Yabumoto P.S. please post your message only in plain text. It's extremely difficult to tell where you put spaces in your XXCOPY command line. Besides, your message is shown with extremely small font that I can hardly read (you don't know what my screen resolution is, yet, your message chooses a font size on my screen which I can't easily change).
