If you use a disk that is partitioned with PowerQuest's Partition Magic or BootMagic, you may have a proprietary partitions that are not documented by Microsoft's publications. If this is the case, please read the following section. Otherwise, we have to examine your hard disk more carefully. (we may have to send you a special tool to extract a few key sectors on the disk and analyze the data --- but we are currently too busy to do so). In essence, if XXCLONE cannot detect a valid partition on a disk, it cannot proceed. ---- We plan to support some PowerQuest's popular schemes in the future. If that is the case, my suggestion is Just don't make your life complicated using non standard format. If you want to use PowerQuest's product, ask them the question and stick to their product to do the cloning (e.g., Partition Magic, DriveImage ... whatever but we are not very knowledgeable about their products).
