Kan,
Like Pat, I found it light relief but it will not give a good first
impression to potential customers. I think it should be replaced by a page
on "Help us to help you" that spells out RTFM and "This is where you find
the manual" in your usual tolerant and helpful way. This could be an
innocuous page that just might improve the quality of some of the queries
you receive.
