Run your batch file (or type the command line) again, and when you get the prompt from xxcopy to overwrite the file, press ? on your keyboard to learn what you need to do so suppress that prompt in the future. Or from a command prompt (a DOS prompt) you can also type XXCOPY /Y /? to learn how to suppress prompts in general. John
