I'm sure I just missed it, but I want my script to change the dates 
of the files to the current date when xcopy copies the file over to a 
new location, can someone help.

here's what I'm currently doing.

xxcopy /YY /S /E /H /oE3 /RC /ED1 /WV0 "\\xxxxxxx\develop\DallasFileTr
ansfer\SendToDallas\*.*" "\\yyyyyyy\Amkor_to_Dallas$\SendToDallas\" > 
repl_amkor_to_debac02.out 2>&1
