I have been using xxcopy to backup a shared snap drive onto a 
removable hard drive on my computer (drive D:). This has worked 
properly for about 1 year. Recently the batch file ends in an error 
40 some of the time. I cannot figure out why this only happens 
sometimes and not others. Below is my command string.

Xxcopy n:\*.* d:\ /EXBACKUP_EXCLUDE.txt /S /YY /PB /BI /CR20
