Yes, that's right. At the time I bought it (in the early
days of NT4), it was a pretty valuable reference book.
I still regularly use several of the utility programs which
were supplied with it. Many of these are now free from MS at
ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/reskit/ or are part of the support/
bonus tools supplied with W2k/XP.
