Primarily for John, I posted this once before, then lost the case. 
This is run on the Dell (Win98, FAT32) with El-Diablo (WinXp Pro, 
NTFS) the Source and Remote...

As you can see, the DPE.DUS file is specifically excluded, but this 
is ignored and it's copied anyway. The exclusion is observed 
correctly in the reverse case where the orphan exists on a local 
source. The only wierdness factor as yet unresolved.
