That was quick... and the answer is no. The "pointer" in the Temp 
Internet Files folder to the cookie in the cookies folder is what 
matters. So instead of how does one load a cookie there... how does 
one get a pointer to a cookie there? Anybody?

As far as cookie pointers go, what Explorer shows over there isn't 
seen here over the network. And copying one from here to there will 
show up here but not there! I'm a little more than slightly confused 
(nothing new actually).
