Subject  :  What is RSS and how does it help??

Hi all,

Asd you can see from the Subject Line, " What is RSS " which I keep
seeing pop up. The indicators are such that perhaps I should be
considering installing RSS.
Having had a quick look on "Google" , though that I would ask those
people who have already " Bitten the bullet " and have RSS.

1: Is it to be recommended???
2: Is it difficult to use???
3: Recommendation of best site and name of Download if at all possible.
4: Any other thoughts which may occour to the person responding to
this question session.
