Thank you Douglas Cohn!

One look and 30 minutes (& $15) later I'd reproduced everything it 
had taken days to build using Command Files.

It applies Exclusions to Both the Source & Destination allowing one 
pass Syncs. Batches multiple profiles with groups making a pair of 
my 3 disks of 6 partitions each into 1 pass. And, and, and... I can 
rave enough. Talk about Impressed! At this point there's nothing 
I've ever though of it can't do, at the speed of light no less.
