I can tell you that each of your xxcopy command lines will copy the latest first level files (meaning no subdirectories will be copied) to each destination with the following exceptions: Any Read Only files on the source will not be copied more than once (meaning if they are Read Only on the destination they will not be overwritten). No Hidden or System Files will be copied. If that does not answer your question please redefine it to give us more information to work with. John
