Jonathan, Dana recently had an error message similar to your own and she found that the root of her problem was that the partitions created by the file management software were corrupted. Can you determine if the same has happened to yours? The following are links to her first and last email. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/xxcopy/message/10664 http://groups.yahoo.com/group/xxcopy/message/10699 Dan A ========================================== ----- Original Message ----- From: "jonathanberry_ca" To: Sent: Tuesday, March 15, 2005 3:05 PM Subject: [xxcopy] Cloning a dual-boot Win2K system > > > I am attempting to clone two dual-boot Win2K systems onto new hard > drives. > > The first system is a dual-boot Win98 / Win2K notebook system.
