Thanks, Steve > Steve, I don't know the answer to the problems with drive re-lettering, but for the removal of the start-up program would the approach of clicking on the toolbar: "Start" and then "Run" and typing the DOS command "msconfig" and click on the Startup tab, get you to a list where you can deselect the start-up program ?
